Went with my family i was impressed with how clean everything was. The walkways, bathrooms, and food areas were all kept up really well. I didn’t see trash lying around like you do at some events, which made the whole night feel way more relaxed. The extra worrying about messes was totally unnecessary here.

This place felt hit or miss. We got there and the line was barely moving, so after waiting way longer than we expected, we just left annoyed. Maybe it’s better on a different day, but this time was not it.

I emailed them about my tickets and they got back to me quick, around the same day. It wasn’t perfect, but they did help me out and answered what I needed.

As someone who gets way too excited about cozy, whimsical lighting, I was a little disappointed. The lights looked much more magical in the photos, but in person they felt dull and kind of cheap.

I went off the schedule on Phoenix Lights Fest, but it was off. Some of the times seemed to change, and other stuff just didn’t match what was actually happening there. We ended up missing a couple things we wanted to see and then sat around waiting for whatever that was supposed to be. Super frustrating when you’ve planned your whole night around it

The traffic situation was the biggest downside of the whole event for me. Getting in was confusing from the start, cars were barely moving, the signs didn’t really help, and it felt like nobody knew which lane they were supposed to be in.
Leaving wasn’t any better. People were cutting across lanes, there didn’t seem to be much staff direction, and we ended up sitting there way longer than expected. The event itself was fine, but my final take is that I wouldn’t go back unless they seriously improve the parking and traffic setup

I got my tickets quickly, and checkout was easy enough... The only thing is the fees felt a little high, but overall it was a smooth experience.

Since we had kids coming with us, it made the whole thing feel rushed and a lot more stressful than it needed to be

Overall, it was a decent night. The lights were and the vibe was fine, so I did have some fun. But getting in took longer than it should’ve, and a few things felt overpriced for what you actually get. I also kind of felt like any feedback or questions just went into the void, like nobody really read or paid attention to what I was saying. I’d maybe go again if my friends really wanted to, but I wouldn’t be rushing to tell everyone they have to check it out.

I went to the phoenixlightsfest.com event last weekend and, the parking was way better than I expected. We showed up a little early, so it didn’t take us long to find a spot. Getting out afterward was definitely slower, but that’s normal with a big crowd. The signs could’ve been a bit clearer, but overall it was convenient and not too stressful...

I went to the Phoenix Lights Fest with my sister, the lantern release was really beautiful. Seeing all of them float up at once was one of those moments that feels almost unreal, and we did get some great pictures out of it.
That said, just a heads-up for anyone thinking about going: don’t show up last minute expecting everything to be quick and easy. Parking took a while, and there were definitely lines, so give yourself extra time and bring some patience. The staff stayed calm and helpful, and we still left happy, but I’d warn people to plan ahead if they want to actually enjoy the night.
